Who We Are
Jenn, founder of Beach Mahj — East Texas roots, Dallas polish, and a Rosemary Beach resident since 2019. A former event planner affectionately nicknamed “The Facilitator of Fun,” she’s blended her love of connection, creativity, and community to launch Beach Mahj — a space where Mahjong brings people together in true coastal style.
Jessica, Lead Instructor — Florida born, Dallas seasoned, and now happily back where flip-flops are a lifestyle. She sells dreamy beach homes by day and dominates the Mahjong table by night. Equal parts sunshine and sass, Jessica has a natural gift for teaching Mahjong, creating laughter, and helping every player feel like part of the sisterhood.
Since starting our journey in 2024, Beach Mahj® has proudly introduced over 2,000 players to the timeless game of Mahjong. Rooted in laughter and friendship, we love hosting everything from intimate beach-house game nights to large-scale events across 30A and beyond.

I learned to play through Beach Mahj in August 2025, and the girls I took my 101 lesson with are some of my dearest friends today. Our group text is even called “Mahj Girls”! I have so many incredible memories with Beach Mahj (the spa pj party, the 4th of July pool party, the Christmas party at Pescado, to name an few) and feel grateful for the community and friendships. It is so fun to be out and about and run into a Beach Mahj bestie!
